Plain-English summary
The €4.99 early-adopter deposit is fully refundable.
If we don't launch Flow Practice within 30 days of your payment, you get an automatic full refund - no emails, no forms.
You can also request a refund at any time before launch by emailing hello@flowpractice.io.
1. What you're paying for
The €4.99 early-adopter deposit reserves a founding spot in Flow Practice. It does not represent the final price of the product - it's a deposit that confirms you want priority access when we launch. Think of it as holding a seat.
2. Automatic refund if we don't launch
If Flow Practice has not launched to early adopters within 30 days of your payment, we will automatically refund your deposit to the original payment method. You don't need to email us or fill out any forms. The refund will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
3. Manual refund request
If you change your mind before we launch, you can request a full refund at any time. To do so:
- Email hello@flowpractice.io with the subject line "Refund request".
- Include the email address you used at checkout.
- We will process your refund within 3 business days.
You don't need to explain why. "Changed my mind" is enough.
4. Refund after launch
If Flow Practice has launched and you've started using it, refund eligibility depends on the specific pricing plan you choose at launch. Our launch-time refund policy will be shared separately when the Service goes live, and early adopters will be notified.
5. Processing time
Once we process a refund, it typically takes 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control. If you don't see the refund after 10 business days, email us and we'll investigate with Stripe.
6. Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot issue refunds to a different card, bank account, or payment platform.
7. Currency and fees
The deposit is charged in USD. If your bank converted to a local currency at purchase, the refund amount in your local currency may differ slightly from the original charge due to exchange-rate fluctuations between the two transactions. This is a bank-side currency effect, not a deduction by us.
8. What's non-refundable
Currently, nothing. Every early-adopter deposit is fully refundable. After Flow Practice launches with paid plans, the post-launch refund policy will describe any non-refundable amounts (for example, partial-month subscription fees after use).
9. Chargebacks
If you believe there's been an error with your payment, please contact us first at hello@flowpractice.io before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We want to make it right, and most refund issues are resolved within a day. Chargebacks can take weeks and involve unnecessary fees.
